We are in our 3rd week of school and just starting to find our groove. My goal is to start by 9am each day. I have all of the kids assignments loaded into Google Classroom, so they can choose which order to do their lessons. My 8th grader and 11th grader usually choose to start the day with math, as it seems to always take them the longest. This gives me an opporunity to take care of a few things before they need help with math problems that they are stuck on. Today, I uploaded my newest lesson plans to Teachers Pay Teachers: lesson plans for Apologia’s Marine Biology 2nd edition textbook.
I created the lesson plans for each unit to take 8 days, including the exam day. This makes it eaiser to complete one unit every two weeks at four lessons per week. Each module plan contains vocabulary word lists, On Your Own assignments, experiments, and Study Guide questions for each chapter.
I also include four weeks for reivew, catch-up on missed labs, and quarterly exams. The lesson plans take 32-36 weeks, depending on whether you include those quarterly review/test weeks. You can find the lesson plans here in my TPT store.
